ESCADA is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all luxury tags and security seals still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account or visit our online return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring you include the completed return form and the original invoice.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Tracking
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
